Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Due to the impact of COVID - Some orders may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during this time and are working hard at fulfilling your order.
After your purchase, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping times may also differ based on location, amount of items purchased, availability of inventory, high store volume, and the timeliness of the shipping provider.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

As of right now, we are not able to provide shipping to international countries.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fortunecookiegroup@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, we will reach out to determine the best method of delivery.
